Priorities? Not on the Agenda.

It's bad enough that we will be subjected to a plethora of arguments pertaining to the significance of a black man or woman president, during our trip to 2008. It's even worse when we need ADVERTISEMENTS to convince American voters that the education of our children is an ISSUE worth fighting for.

How far have we fled from normalcy, when we need to be coerced into VALUING an education? How far have we fled from normalcy, when TV and radio personalities get more press than our FAILING children?

If only we could get Cam'Ron, Jay, and Lil Wayne to rap about it.

There is a saying, "We borrow the world from our children." Not only are we not taking care of it...we're not preparing them to deal with what we've done to it. Perpetuating an upper class since inception...America.
