Hypothetically speaking. Imagine a roadside bomb kills four of your friends and wounds three others. Just a thought. What would you do?
Another scenario. Use your imagination. You find explosives in a house with only women and children present.
No. No electricity allowed.
Last hypothetical scenario. You find a man with a rocket-propelled grenade launcher. If you answered "cuff the detainee out of his family's sight," you have answered correctly.
You are now ready for battle.
