New Orleans, an "Experience" on my Resume.

American schools need all of the help they can get. We’re losing our competitive edge, and something needs to be done about it. We need to get our kids up to speed in mathematics and science. We need role models. That’ll even up the playing field, right? Good qualifications equals good jobs. This is America.

After a dismal showing as a Judge and Steward of the International Arabian Horse Association, Michael Brown managed to keep his head up. He put together a fraudulent
resume, called up some friends, and became the leader of a governmental organization no one cared about, FEMA. Tucked away, paid handsomely, kids off in private school. Life was good again.

August 29th, 2005.

Death. Homelessness. Destruction. Lives lost. Levees destroyed. America's insidious racism revealed. In other words, a job that was not well done. Michael Brown resigns in shame.

For the connected, a job is not more than a phone call away. Create a fake business. Profit from your country’s new fears. What is a horribly underqualified man currently doing? Serving as chief public-sector strategist for the disaster preparedness company
OnScreen Technologies.

The connected can also create new job titles.

New Orleans is still a swamp. People are still homeless.
1.4 billion dollars was spent on vacations, sex change operations, football games, and televisions. Our schools still don't have books. Michael Brown still has a job.

It's still hard out there for my black, brown, and yellow brothers and sisters. We don't even have the right names.

Dude. These images are really powerful.

How do you come up with the concepts, if I may so bold as to ask.
